REFUND POLICY

  1. WHEN YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A REFUND
  • You exercised your 14-day right of withdrawal (see our Return Policy).
  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch.
  • Your product is non-conforming or defective and, under the 2-year legal guarantee, a repair or replacement is not possible or has failed.
  • Your order was not delivered within 30 days of the order date and you chose to cancel it.
  1. REFUND TIMELINE

For withdrawals, we process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product — or within 14 days of you providing proof of return shipment, whichever comes first. For cancellations before dispatch, the refund is processed immediately. Once processed, the funds typically appear on your account within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  1. REFUND METHOD

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used for the order. We never refund by any other channel (bank transfer to a different account, voucher without your agreement, etc.).

  1. REFUND AMOUNT
  • Withdrawal within 14 days: full refund of the product price. Standard outbound shipping costs, if any were charged, are also refunded; the return shipping cost remains at your charge except in case of our error or a defective product.
  • A deduction may be applied only if the product shows diminished value due to handling beyond what was necessary to inspect it (see our Return Policy).
  • Defective or non-conforming product: full refund, including all shipping costs.
  1. PARTIAL REFUNDS AND GIFTS

Free items included with an order (such as gifts or accessories offered in a bundle) should be returned with the product. Free digital content (such as our setup ebook) has no impact on your refund.

  1. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider — processing delays on their side are common. If the issue persists, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will provide proof of the refund and help resolve it.
