- YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, without giving any reason. This right applies to all consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
- HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Step 2 — We will confirm the return address and provide simple instructions within 24 hours. Please do not return a parcel without contacting us first: parcels sent to an unconfirmed address cannot be processed. Step 3 — Ship the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, ideally in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, using a tracked shipping method.
- RETURN CONDITIONS
You may unbox and inspect the product as you would in a store. However, if the value of the product has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning (signs of use, scratches, missing accessories, damaged packaging), a corresponding deduction may be applied to your refund, as permitted by EU consumer law.
- RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or to a defective product — in those cases, we cover the return shipping.
- DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS
If your product arrives defective or develops a fault, this is not a standard return: it is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
