- DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States.
- PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (business days) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.
- DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination. These times are estimates and may occasionally vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the order date, you may cancel it for a full refund.
- TRACKING
Every order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number and link are sent by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Allow 24–48 hours for the tracking page to activate.
- TAXES AND CUSTOMS
For deliveries within the European Union, all prices include VAT and no customs fees apply — the price you pay at checkout is the final price. For deliveries to other destinations (including the United States), any import duties or local taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- DELIVERY ISSUES
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the carrier if possible and contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with photos within 48 hours — we will resolve it quickly. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [SUPPORT EMAIL] — we can correct the address as long as the order has not been dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help recover them.
